Marriage, Family & Relationship Counseling

Steady Support for
the Relationships
That Matter Most

Every relationship goes through seasons that are harder than others. Whether it’s your marriage, a family dynamic, or a relationship you’re trying to figure out, you don’t have to navigate it without support.

What this might
feel like

Marriage, family, and relationship counseling helps you understand the patterns keeping you stuck, rebuild communication and trust, and gives every person in the room real tools to reconnect. No one has to be the problem for things to get better.

  • Conversations with your spouse, partner, or family member that keep ending the same frustrating way.
  • Feeling more like roommates or coworkers than family.
  • Trust that’s been broken and hasn’t fully been rebuilt.
  • Parenting or family dynamics that feel harder than you expected.
  • Considering pre-marriage counseling and wanting to start on solid ground.
  • Wanting your faith to shape how you handle conflict, but not knowing how in the moment.

This is for you if…

You’re ready to work on this together instead of hoping it fixes itself over time.

You want practical tools for how you talk to each other, not just a space to vent.

You’re preparing for marriage and want to build strong habits from the start.

You want a therapist who takes both the relationship and your faith seriously.

Our approach

In session, your therapist helps you see the patterns playing out between you using Family Systems Therapy, and works through individual thought patterns that show up in the relationship using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

“Love is patient, love is kind… It always protects,
always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”

1 Corinthians 13:4–7

FAQ

Do both partners need to attend every session?
Most couples work best with both partners present, though your therapist may occasionally meet individually as part of the process. We’ll talk through what makes sense for your situation.
We’re not in crisis, just drifting apart. Is that still worth bringing here?
Yes. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counseling. Many couples and families come in simply wanting to reconnect or communicate better.
How does faith fit into marriage or family sessions?
As much as feels right for your relationship. We bring in Scripture and prayer where it helps, but the clinical work of rebuilding communication and trust comes first.
What if my partner doesn’t want to come to therapy?
You can still start. Many people begin in individual sessions, working on healthy communication patterns and their own part in the relationship, and that alone often shifts things over time. When your partner sees real change, they’re often more willing to join later.
Is it too late for us?
Rarely. Most couples wait years after problems start before reaching out, and real repair is still possible, even after conflict, distance, or betrayal. What matters most is that both of you are willing to do the work now.
We’re not having “problems”, is this still the right place for us?
Yes. Some of the strongest couples and families use counseling to build better habits and stay connected, not just to fix what’s broken. If you want a space to strengthen your communication or simply check in together, that counts too.
